Blackwell Library Project is a proudly Africa initiative that is making a purposeful reader out of every child, the project is annexing resource from up to dated study banks. Working with seasoned workers in children academic and gaming sectors to bring out the best of reading skills for creative growth. We are serving diverse communities to meet the literacy needs of this generation by our library card hook. The incubation of the project spans way back to the past one decade. 

We believe reading does not just exposure people to new words but to a wide range of ideas capable of shaping an individual for a lifetime and promoting a trend of creativity for innovation
